Prudence Ambulance Service Inc (PASI) dba Prudence EMS is a minority woman owned business. The company was incorporated January 2011, licensed by Texas Department of State Health Services and began operations June 2011 with the sole objective of providing quality medical interventions to beneficiaries while enroute to their medical appointments in a timely, safe and professional manner.

Prudence EMS Team comprises subject matter experts led by the Owner, a Nurse Practitioner with combined years of experiences spanning over 3 decades. Our collective experiences has been consistently brought to bear as a leverage in the medical transportation sector in conjunction with our resilient, hardworking Emergency Medical Technicians and our Administrative personnel while enhancing the Spirit of Team Work, the necessary antidote in our day to day operations for the benefit of all the patients that are entrusted to our care.
