Prudence Ambulance Service Inc (PASI) dba Prudence EMS is a minority woman owned business. The company was incorporated January 2011, licensed by Texas Department of State Health Services and began operations June 2011 with the sole objective of providing quality medical interventions to beneficiaries while enroute to their medical appointments in a timely, safe and professional manner.

Prudence EMS Team comprises subject matter experts led by the Owner, a Nurse Practitioner with combined years of experiences spanning over 3 decades. Our collective experiences has been consistently brought to bear as a leverage in the medical transportation sector in conjunction with our resilient, hardworking Emergency Medical Technicians and our Administrative personnel while enhancing the Spirit of Team Work, the necessary antidote in our day to day operations for the benefit of all the patients that are entrusted to our care.

At Prudence EMS we support and understand the benefit to hospitals/Emergency Room, Nursing Homes and other facilities to have a designated preferred Ambulance Provider coordinating medical apportionments for their residence/patients while in their care not only help to improve the health of their patients but also ensure the logistical challenges and solutions associated with transport services is catered to. 

We believe Prudence EMS can best support the goals of facilities and Emergency Rooms/Hospitals within our coverage area in the role of a reliable and time conscious private ambulance company that takes into account the overall health integrity of all our patients put in our care.
