Our Training and Continuous Education Department (TCED) in conjunction with our State licensed partners are saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that all our administrative, field and support staff are in complaint with relevant Federal, State and Local laws and ordinances including but not limited to an effective QAPI (Quality Assurance Performance Improvement) system for Prudence EMS.
As part of our onboarding processes, our new hires with the responsibility to provide patient care at all levels are required to go through a field training and assessment including new hire orientation for all personnel who are not designated to work in the field.
TCED with our partners work assiduously to ensure all our personnel go through a rigorous training process while staying in compliance to all Policy and Procedure for Prudence EMS. These are some of the courses we offer among many more.
